About the event
Each session will start with streams of consciousness, a brief share guiding our practice for the evening. Reminding us that this practice activates our parasympathetic nervous system, properly preparing us for a truly restorative night of rest. Beginning in supported fish pose gently allowing both the heart and the hips to open we will center our breath. Kiara The voice will guide the class through an array of postures focusing on deepening both your stretch and your breath allowing the body to soften. Each class will allow us to feel more relaxed in the mind body and spirit. Flowing to sounds of piano, saxophone, nature and high vibration frequencies, you are sure to release the tension of the day and prepare yourself for the week of a lifetime.
