Service Description

Using your breath to soften the body, Kiara The Voice will assist you in deepening your connection with self. Beginning with a guided meditation and light breath work to activate your parasympathetic nervous system enabling you to receive the fullness of each stretch provided. Each session is catered to your personal needs and can be tailored to target specific areas of tension in the mind and body. Some stretches may allow for emotional release, which is always welcomed; Kiara The Voice is more the honored to hold the space for whatever may come through each session.

Cancellation Policy

To Cancel or reschedule please do so within 24hours of your appointment time. Please be sure to hydrate, and use the restroom prior to your session. Each session requires 10-15 min of set up/and break down. Your session times begins when you are on the table and your guided meditation begins. This purchase is non refundable, however service may be rescheduled at a later date. All clients are asked to provide a clean working environment that can fit a 7 foot long folding massage table with about 3 feet of distance on each side. Service provider reserves the right to refuse service if the home is deemed unsafe or unworkable without refund. Client may call service provider to discuss options of rescheduling for a 30% charge of the session fee, and possibly relocating for future sessions. Client is also responsible for having good hygiene prior to the session. Service provider reserves the right to refuse service if hygiene does not allow for body contact without refund.
