Sound. It is the strongest energetic force on this planet, able to penetrate all mediums and create the form of all that we see and experience in this life, in this world, on this planet and throughout the galaxy. This combination of Guided Meditation and Sound Bathing creates the invitation for you to surrender and allow energy to move through you without resistance. Kiara The Voice will assist you in activating your ability to release the tension you are carrying in your mind, body and spirit by using your breath. Inviting you to release any tension you may be crying from your toes to your crown and beyond with each exhale; and every inhale to be a restoration of all that you need to flow in and fill your being. Kiara will then begin to introduce the sounds aligned with the vibration of this earth to help dissipate tension in your mind, body and spirit. Using crystal sound bowls Kiara activates your sense of surrender by creating a weightless sensation throughout your body as you lay in savasana. The ocean drum is then added to the vibrations diving deeper into the cleansing energy, the energy of washing away what no longer serves you; giving you permission to release from both you conscious mind and your subconscious mind. Tuning Forks are then introduced, played closely to the ears of each participant and also placed on the third eye, and thymus sending the vibration through the nervous system using the meridians in the body. To bring us back Kiara will then play her Koshi chimes that align with the 4 elements Earth, Wind, Fire Water; grounding us back into the present space, time, reality.

Cancellation Policy

To Cancel or reschedule please do so within 24hours of your appointment time. Please be sure to hydrate, and use the restroom prior to your session. Each session requires 10-15 min of set up/and break down. Your session times begins when you are on the table and your guided meditation begins. This purchase is non refundable, however service may be rescheduled at a later date. All clients are asked to provide a clean working environment that can fit a 7 foot long folding massage table with about 3 feet of distance on each side. Service provider reserves the right to refuse service if the home is deemed unsafe or unworkable without refund. Client may call service provider to discuss options of rescheduling for a 30% charge of the session fee, and possibly relocating for future sessions. Client is also responsible for having good hygiene prior to the session. Service provider reserves the right to refuse service if hygiene does not allow for body contact without refund.
