Ayurvedic Steam

Ayurvedic body steam is done using fresh herbs blended to your desired focus : stress relief, muscle tension, detoxification and more. The table will be heated as you lay starting face down under the steam hood placed on top of the table, allowing your head to be outside of the steam hood. With the heat from the steam relaxing your muscles Kiara will begin to massage your neck and shoulders preparing the body for the full Vibe enhancement that is to come. The steam session is 60 min.
